Welcome to the Retrospectives Wiki

This Wiki is an open resource on retrospectives for Agile teams.

For Team members, Retrospectives allow them to examine how they work together, what issues they are facing, and how they might improve. For Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Agile Project Managers, the Retrospective is a key deliverable that they must facilitate and execute well, to create an engaging and insightful learning opportunity.
