Retrospectives play a key role in helping teams continuously improve. For Team members, Retrospectives allow them to examine how they work together, what issues they are facing, and how they might improve. For Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Agile Project Managers, the Retrospective is a key deliverable that they must facilitate and execute well, to create an engaging and insightful learning opportunity. This site is for practitioners to share strategies, ideas, and new ways to do retrospectives.

The wiki will create a new page with no text and the title of Your Retrospective Title, then just click edit, and you are on your way!
